II. EXPLANATION OF “WEB BEACONS” / “ELECTRONIC IMAGES”
UGMedia may place advertisements on third-party websites for a specified period. In order to assess the effectiveness of our advertising activities, we may use user-identification technologies such as web beacons or action tags, which count users who visit the Website after viewing a UGMedia banner advertisement on a third party’s website.
UGMedia uses this technology solely to collect aggregated statistical data about users visiting the Website in order to measure the effectiveness of individual advertisements.
